INTRO TO HANDCRAFTED SOAP. Learn the basics of making soap from scratch and the proper handling of lye. Adults and teens. One day seminar. First Saturday, November 2011. Lunch included. Max class size 8. Materials cost: $12 per student.
DEVOTION FALL FESTIVAL. Bring the family out for an evening of fun on the farm! Hay rides, hydroponic pumpkin carving, spider egg hunt, games, food, prizes and more. Free for all.
DEVOTION DINNER DATE. Fathers and daughters, mothers and sons come out to the farm for a night of dinner, games and live music. Free event. Pre-registration required.
DEVOTION BAG DAY. Start the New Year off right! According to some estimates, between 500 billion and a trillion plastic grocery bags are used globally each year. Come spend the day reusing some of these bags to make nifty baskets and other crafts. Bag projects for all ages. A prize for the most innovative design or reuse will be awarded! First Saturday, January 2012.

KIDS CLUB. Learn Spanish, Latin and ASL through arts, games and immersion. This year, Kids Club will be hosted by the Athens Area Homeless Shelter. Participating families will help serve dinner and at times be asked to help provide meals for our Thursday night club meetings. We will meet every Thursday evening from 6PM-8PM . Fall Session: Starts October 13 through November 17. Winter Session: December & January. Kids Club is graciously supported by donations from our community.

PRAYER & PERMACULTURE. Grow together in prayer and fellowship while designing fabulous Fall crop permaculture containers. Adult women. 4 week session. September. Materials cost: $20 per attendee.
KIDS GARDEN CLUB. Students will gain an overview of how to develop a garden, plant selection, caring for a garden, and garden harvesting. They will also be introduced to the concepts of permaculture, vermiculture, aquaponics and hydroponics during the session. Ages K-5th grade. March-May 2012. Kids Garden Club is a six week seesion that meets two hours each week. It is a donation based program offered by Devotion Farms. Max class size 12.
